The Loves of My Life

My husband, Derek, and our two mixed breed dogs, Frank and Henry, are the loves of my life. Every day, they bring me joy and laughter with their goofy antics. They are the best adventure buddies and also know how to slow down, relax, and cuddle.

Most of my family lives in Chicago, where I grew up. I love visiting them in the Midwest and love it even more when they visit and we can adventure together in the Pacific Northwest.

Passions and Hobbies

The great outdoors: I love spending time outside, exploring places I have never been, and finding new joys in those I have previously visited. Trail running, skiing, and hiking/backpacking get me the most stoked for amazing adventures.

I also love to eat food and make food. I get really excited about creative vegetarian and vegan dishes!
